Day 2 - Meeting Time with the VRU President (Introduction) and Placing Time

Day two is the chance for us meeting the Mr President of Valaya University. The meeting was in the 3rd flat of the 7th building in Valaya and attended by several lecturers and all the 6th batch students who join Seateacher programme. We introduced ourselves and the lecturers introduce themselves to us. I was surprised because almost every lecturer was graduated from the western country like England, US and etc.

After introducing ourself and the lecturers, we were introduced to the name building at Valaya University by one of the lecturers. There are several faculties and school levels inside Valaya. I thought Valaya Univ only a university but also it has a primary school, secondary and high school.

Then, it's the time for us to take a picture with the president also, giving souvenir. All of us the student sixth batch got chance to take a picture one by one with the president. The president was so kind because he was welcomed us so special as a guest country.

Now, at the and of the meeting, it's the placing time for us. All the students 6th batch divided into several groups to teach at the VRU mentor school. According to the schedule, I am placed at Paklong Song School (Primary School).

After the meeting ends, I directly go to Paklong Song School with my coordinators, Mis Nina and Nit. It's not really far from VRU.  The Head Master of Paklong Song School welcomed us and show us our dormitory also, she introduced us to each class and the teacher at the Paklong Song School.
