Day 8 - We got the daily report

Every 6 Batch Students should fill out the report that Mr. Adam gave to us. This is also what the previous batch did. We write everything we do every day. Then Mr. Adam will copy it and pack it in a book as a keepsake book. The report is 30 sheets, we need to fill one sheet per day until 1 month. Now, it's been the 8 days we observe but we just got it today. So, I need to write the activities I have done for the previous week.

The report form is important because it would be a proof. Without it, no information could be given to our mentor in school and also in our university. So, it's an obligation to fill it out.  

In the form, we need to write our name, the subject we teach, our activity and the day, suggestion. Then at the end, we need to sign and also the signature of the advisor. My advisor at the school is Mis. Burno from Ukraine.

In the first, I confused how to fill it out. But after I read the report for the previous 5 batch, then I know how to fill it. The previous sheets are already been in a book-form. It can guide me and make me easier to write. In the report book, we also put the copy of our passport on the first page. And at the end of the page, we put our documentation while doing the activity.
